#The Overview page

Overview is your home base. It summarises:

  • Total outstanding — money customers still owe you.
  • Paid — what's been collected.
  • Overdue — invoices past their due date that need chasing.

From here you can drill into any invoice or jump to creating a new one.

#Notifications

The bell in the top bar collects everything that needs your attention or just happened, in two groups:

  • Needs your approval — a payment confirmation a customer submitted (with Approve/Reject right there), or a batch of automatic statements held for review (Send all or Review). The bell badge counts these.
  • Updates — everything else worth knowing about: an open quote request, a pending WhatsApp number verification, a withholding tax certificate uploaded for review, a finished automatic-statement run, a Pesapal payment held for review or reversed, or a message that failed to deliver.

Read state syncs across your devices, so dismissing a notification on one browser clears it everywhere you're signed in.

An AI assistant asking to send an invoice doesn't show here — every organization owner is emailed a review link instead, so approving it never depends on you happening to check the bell.
